We look forward to your visit to the University of Utah and Salt Lake City. To begin the process of booking your flights please fill out the following form. We have a contract with Delta Airlines and will book flights with them. If you have a specific Delta itinerary you would like booked please attach a screenshot of the flights as an attachment.
Upon your return from your trip we will send you a post-travel form to get any allowable reimbursement receipts.
