Highly qualified students may petition for an Ph.D. application fee waiver for either program within the Department of Materials Science & Engineering. Please fill out the following request form with your attached statement of reasoning for the requested waiver along with an unofficial transcript. The graduate committee will review all applications twice a month and notifications will be sent out the 5th and 20th of every month.
